Tai Chi Morning Class

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and health benefits such as improving balance, fall prevention, general healthcare in older people and enhancing psychological health. Tai Chi is an exercise that is for all ages and abilities and it is a low impact and slow motion exercise that can be easily adapted for anyone, from the most fit people confined to wheelchairs or recovering from surgery.
